 Wisconsin medical license or eligible for medical licensure in the State of Wisconsin.
Board certification by or eligible for certification by American Board of Family Medicine.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Must have successfully completed a fully accredited Family Medicine Residency Program.
Principal duties:
Provide clinical care for patients at the UW Health Urgent Care Centers and may fill in at other UW Health clinical locations as needed. Teaching in the context of provision of clinical care.
