Working Title:
Culturally Responsive Evaluation Specialist

M.A. in Education or related field, Ph.D. preferred
 
  
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Required:

* Minimum of eight years of experience working as a culturally responsive program evaluator, preferably in the fields of education and/or social services.

*Training and knowledge in principles and foundations of program evaluation and specifically Culturally Responsive Evaluation.

* Experience leading large evaluation projects, including developing a scope of work, managing budgets, and producing deliverables to clients in a timely fashion.


Preferred:

* Experience working with indigenous communities.

*Bilingualism.

Principal duties:
* Design workshops and webinars on concepts and skills related to Culturally Responsive Evaluation.
* Deliver training and workshops to client organizations and internal university entities.
* Work with other evaluators in the development of guides and tools for client organizations and internal university units to build capacity for Culturally Responsive Evaluation.
* Provide general consulting to client organizations on evaluation design and data use.
* Attend meetings related to the above duties.
* Work with other evaluators in conducting evaluation projects through activities such as designing evaluation plans, designing instrumentation, data collection and analysis, reporting, etc.
* Consult with WEC and WCER on organizational development strategies, including proposal development.
* Assist in securing funding to support the specialist position.
* Communicate regularly with other project staff about the above activities.
 
  
Requirements:

A period of evaluation will be required
