Position Summary:
Join a team of more than 2 dozen professionals operating out of Dane and Milwaukee Counties to assist the public with participating in the All of Us Precision Medicine research program. The Research Coordinator will be based out of our Madison office and staff a mobile research team operating out of diverse clinical and non-clinical settings to assist individuals with program enrollment.

Principal duties:
Supporting Research and Clinical Trial implementation activities in the following areas:

Clinical Research Related Activities (50%)
-Perform all aspects of study visit process, including setting set up, greeting participants, informed consent, data collection, blood sample collection by way of phlebotomy, urine sample collection, visit documentation, and all other duties as applicable.
-Monitor and maintain participant safety, dignity and compliance, including coordination of appropriate medical consultation/treatment, as appropriate.
-Provide updates on study participants to AoU team, including adverse event reporting.
-Provide information/documentation to UW Office of Clinical Trials to perform regulatory aspects of study.
-Ensure the study Principle Investigators, Research Project Manager (RPM) and others are informed about any potential problems/non-compliances and assist in taking appropriate action in response such as reporting to the NIH if needed.
-Contribute to and coordinate any study monitor site visits.
-Complete sample shipment preparation for study courier, as directed.

Recruitment and Community Engagement Activities (50%)
-In coordination with the AoU Recruitment and Retention Tracking Specialists (2), compile data tables/summaries as requested by RPM.
-Aid in diverse recruitment efforts, serving as expert on the AoU participant experience for the RPM and Recruitment and Retention Specialists.
-Respond to study queries in timely and accurate manner.
-Participate in community events to introduce the All of Us research program and disseminate project information to the general public.
