Position Summary:
The Division of Continuing Studies (DCS) supports the University of Wisconsin-Madison mission and the spirit of the Wisconsin Idea by advocating for and engaging lifelong learners.

As a member of the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Team you¿ll play a key role in creating strategies that advance the Division¿s and clients¿ goals.

Principal duties:
Client Services (45%):
- Establishes and maintains client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for select educational program areas
- Seeks opportunities to develop in-depth knowledge of clients' programs, products, and services
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously, from planning to reporting on campaign success, ensuring that deliverables meet expectations, timelines and budget requirements
- Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to ensure that communication and marketing assets meet brand guidelines, and established KPIs

Marketing Strategy (45%):
- Leads strategic planning with clients and internal creative and digital teams
- Provides reliable, timely marketing counsel to clients, IMC colleagues, Continuing Studies leadership, and campus partners
- Develops comprehensive integrated marketing communications plans and creative briefs
- Monitors the effectiveness of marketing strategies and uses that insight to improve future efforts

Other (10%):
- Other duties and responsibilities not included may be assigned, to ensure the successful functioning and evolution of the IMC Team and its support of lifelong learning
