Position Summary:
This position will act as project manager for CDC BOLD grant activities and will be housed within the Division of Public Health, Bureau of Aging and Disability Resources, Office on Aging. The position will work under the supervision of the Legal and Protective Services Unit Supervisor, with active oversight, coaching and collaboration by the project's principle investigator at DHS, the Dementia Specialist, which is a full-time permanent position in the Division of Public Health focused entirely on dementia. The project manager will be expected to work closely with internal and external partners throughout the grant period, coordinate various project evaluations, oversee the budget and timeline, and complete all required federal reporting.

Principal duties:
- Project management duties including but not limited to:
- Management of project budget and budgetary reporting to CDC
- Adhering to project timelines
- Coordination of evaluation of individual and overall grant activities
- Fulfilling other CDC reporting and accountability requirements
- Oversight of all individual projects funded under the grant
- Coordination between all grant funded projects
- Coordination with CDC and other BOLD grantees
- Development of materials for publication
- Travelling as required
