Position Summary:
This position will support the research programs of Dr. Josh Cisler and Dr. Zach Stowe. Dr. Cisler conducts neuroimaging research with traumatized adolescent and adult samples. Dr. Stowe conducts research using biological and clinical assessments focused on women┬┐s mental health and associated child outcomes. Portions of their research include clinical trial methodology. The successful candidate will support these research programs in all aspects and will be part of a growing, creative, dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for the implementation of assigned research studies and clinical trials, including recruitment, consenting, administration of assessments, budgeting, study conduct, monitoring, and data management and quality control.

Principal duties:
Study Coordination (50%):
-Identify, recruit, and consent research subjects.
-Administer assessments, call subjects for follow-up as outlined within research protocols.

Protocols Management (20%):
-Maintaining regulatory compliance with IRB and federal guidelines.
-Assist Principle Investigators with research-related tasks such as preparation of manuscripts, progress reports, and grant submissions.

Lab Management (15%):
-Manage research administrative tasks such as maintaining supply inventories, ordering and maintaining equipment, and preparing subject payments.
-Assist in the supervision, coordination, and management of graduate and undergraduate research assistants (student hourly position holders) hired to assist with research projects.

Manage Database (10%):
-Maintain project databases and records, including data entry.

Other Duties/Responsibilities (5%):
-Interface with other departments and organizations within the School of Medicine & Public Health, hospitals and clinics as necessary for recruitment.
-Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
