Position Summary:
Develops, designs, and conducts one or more research projects and organizes daily operation of projects and specialized research areas to ensure work meets established objectives under moderate supervision.

Principal duties:
Create, distribute, and collect data using a Qualtrics survey tool for participating faculty in the Bias Reducation in Internal Medicine (BRIM)-Virtual program. - 35%

Use NVivo to code Commitment to Action data for qualitative analysis. Use NVivo for qualitative coding and analysis of BRIM workshop reviews. - 30%

Participates in the development, interpretation, and implementation of research methodology and materials. - 30%

Performs literature reviews and writes reports. - 5%
