Position Summary:
Develops and implements recruitment plans, organizes events, recruits and trains staff and volunteers, evaluates admissions applications, and represents the institution to prospective graduate program students with a goal of attracting, admitting, and enrolling a talented, diverse student body. This position has primary responsibility for the professional master's degree in quantum computing. The position works closely with the Sr. Student Services Coordinator and with the Associate Chair, Department Manager, and curricular departmental committee chairs as needed.

Principal duties:
14% Counsels prospective and admitted graduate students on educational planning and career opportunities.

14% Reviews, evaluates, and responds to student applications for admission to a graduate program according to established policies and procedures.

12% Identifies opportunities for and develops admissions and outreach events.

12% Schedules logistics and secures resources for events to promote the Institution.

12% Evaluates program effectiveness and provides recommendations for improvement.

12% Creates targeted communication plans and materials based on established goals.

12% Delivers directed admissions program messaging to internal and external audiences.

12% Identifies, promotes, and maintains internal and external partnerships focusing on outreach, recruitment, and admission.
