Title Specifications

Job Summary:Under the general supervisor of the Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygiene (WSLH) Financial Program Manager, serve as the Office Operations Associate in a highly dynamic, fast paced environment, working independently and in collaboration with the WSLH Purchasing Team to ensure a highly efficient and effective work environment providing exceptional Customer Service while meeting critical deadlines.

Using the UW-Madison, WSLH Purchasing Footprints, Microsoft Great Plains, Procurement Card and other acceptable programs complete orders, follow up on requests and expedite time-sensitive or emergency orders. These actions will be accomplished while maximizing the use of UW-Madison Internal departments: Materials Distribution Services (MDS) Shop@UW, DoIt Printing and Voice Services, Facilities and Transportation Cost Centers and Direct Payments.
