DOCUMENTING THE SEARCH

Once a PVL has been approved and posted for open recruitment, the department must establish criteria for selecting and notifying finalists, creating appropriate interview questions, and steps in making a hiring decision. The department is responsible for maintaining documents relating to the recruitment and selection procedures for 6 years.
