Ph.D., M.D., MD/Ph.D or equivalent.
 If a physician, Board Certified or eligible; eligible for Wisconsin medical license.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Substantial background and experience in administrative leadership, teaching, and research, including training programs for the full continuum of population health sciences learners, and a strong academic background that would qualify for appointment as a tenured professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Principal duties:
We seek a recognized leader with proven leadership and management skills as well as an outstanding academic background. The Chair will provide strategic and administrative leadership of the highest quality to this distinguished department in its teaching, research, and service missions. The Chair will participate in leadership and service activities to the School, UW Health, the University, the community, and the profession.

The successful candidate will have a compelling vision for the future of Population Health Sciences in a leading public academic institution.
