MD Degree, board certified or board eligible in diagnostic radiology.
 WIsconsin medical license eligible
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Fellowship training in breast imaging preferred.

Associate and Professor rank will require experience and credentials for appointment at rank as described in the School of Medicine and Public Health Clinical Teacher Track Appointment and Promotion Guidelines.
Principal duties:
The duties have a primary focus in breast radiology including mammography, breast ultrasound, MRI of the breast, fine needle aspiration and breast biopsies. Clinical teaching is required. Departmental teaching assignments include medical student, outreach and resident teaching.

A criminal background check will be conducted prior to hiring.
A period of evaluation will be required

Full Time Salary Rate:Minimum $48,072 ANNUAL (12 months)
Plus UW Medical Foundation
Term:This is a renewable appointment.
Appointment percent:50% - 100%
Anticipated begin date:AUGUST 15, 2016
