 Wisconsin MD or DO license
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Completion of Anesthesiology residency program and certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Candidates for Clinical Associate Professor or Clinical Professor rank must meet criteria for appointment at rank per UW School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines for appointment and promotion on CT track.
Principal duties:
Provision of clinical anesthetic care to surgical patients (i.e. working in the operating room, plus evening and weekend call ) in an anesthesia team model. Teaching of residents and medical students in the operating room, and occasional didactic sessions.

A criminal background check will be conducted prior to hiring.
A period of evaluation will be required

Term:This is a renewable appointment.
