M.D. or equivalent, completion of pediatric residency, gastroentology fellowship and pediatric transplant hepatology programs
 WI medical licensure; board certified in pediatrics and pediatric GI, completion of pediatric transplant hepatology certificate
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Completion of pediatric residency, gastroentology fellowship and pediatric transplant hepatology programs. Candidates for appointment at the associate professor rank on this non-tenure track will possess scholarly credentials appropriate to the rank per established UW School of Medicine and Public Health policy and guidelines..
Principal duties:
Primarily provide clinical service to pediatric GI and pediatric transplant patients, both in the Pediatric GI and Pediatric transplant clinics, incorporating teaching to a variety of learners in that setting. Provide pre and post-op care to appropriate pediatric transplant patients.

Participate in strategic efforts to grow the pediatric hepatology business, including outreach in the state of WI and surrounding markets, develop marketing strategies with UW Health resources and utilize any other resources to enhance the growth of pediatric liver transplants.
