| Job Summary: | This position requires excellent administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as the coordination of daily clinical, surgical, academic, and research work for several surgeons in the Department of Urology. This position coordinates complex daily clinical, research, academic and administrative activities for the Department faculty, fellow, research staff, coordinators, surgical physician assistants and nurse practitioners, and other support staff. This individual also communicates effectively with individuals internally and externally as the representative and liaison for the physicians. In addition, the individual will possess and demonstrate exceptional administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills as well as considerable independence in planning, implementation and delegation. This position requires demonstrated understanding of medical terminology. This position must show confidentiality regarding all written or oral interactions and information. |
