| | 2. | Clean and sanitize all fixtures (toilets, urinals and sinks) using various chemicals, hand tools and powered equipment. |
| | 3. | Check, clean and restock toilet tissue and paper towel dispensers. |
| | 4. | Polish all metal fixtures. |
| | 5. | Strip, scrub, finish and polish floors in restrooms. |
| | 6. | Perform dusting of high and low surfaces, spot clean walls, doors and fixtures. |
| | 7. | Replace burned-out light bulbs and clean light fixtures and diffusers. |
| | 8. | Empty and clean wastebaskets. |

| B. | 10% | Performance of general building maintenance duties. |
| | 1. | Mix cleaning solutions in correct proportions and quantities following the manufacturer's directions, using appropriate solution depending on the type of care necessary. |
| | 2. | Operate powered automatic cleaning equipment, scrubbers, buffers, vacuums and carpet extractors following standard operating and safety procedures. |
| | 3. | Dust and/or wash vents, walls, light fixtures, blinds, furniture, woodwork, etc. |
| | 4. | Check areas or equipment to see if repairs or replacement is needed. |
| | 5. | Replace worn or broken light bulbs. |
| | 6. | Dust, sweep, dry and/or wet mop floors using hand-held squeegees, brooms, mops, etc. |
| | 7. | Clean mops, brooms, brushes, pads, cloths, pails, etc. after use and store properly. |

| C. | 10% | Maintenance of all trash handling equipment on a daily basis for a clean, safe and sanitary condition. |
| | 1. | Empty all trash and recycling containers in assigned areas. |
| | 2. | Clean and sanitize all trash and recycling containers. |
| | 3. | Sort containers and equipment to see if repairs or replacement is needed. |

| D. | 5% | Assistance with health, safety and security at the Wisconsin Union. |
| | 1. | Follow all safety procedures and attend required health, safety and security trainings. |
| | 2. | Complete and stay up to date on required safety trainings. |
| | 3. | Communicate safety procedures and concerms to guests. |
| | 4. | Report needed equipment or building repairs. |
| | 5. | Report security violations and/or suspicious activity |
| | 6. | Report building system malfunctions. |
| | 7. | Maintain integrity of issued keys and equipment. |
| | 8. | Report or take care of any hazardous situations immediately. |
| | 9. | Responsible for building occupants in case of fire or other emergencies. |
| | 10. | Remove snow and ice from sidewalks, steps, and loading dock. |
