Eligible for Wisconsin Medical License, BC/BE diagnostic radiology
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Fellowship training or experience in Breast Imaging including mammography, ultrasound and MR of the breast and breast biopsies is preferred. Appointment at rank other than Assistant Professor will require that candidate meets criteria for tenure rank at UW-Madison. UW School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines apply for appointment at full professor rank.
Principal duties:
The tenure track candidate is expected to develop an independent research program in Breast
Imaging.
Departmental teaching assignments include medical student, outreach and resident
teaching.
The clinical duties have a primary focus in breast radiology including mammography,
breast ultrasound, MRI of the breast, fine needle aspiration and breast biopsies.
The
successful candidate will participate in professional, public and university service appropriate to
the faculty
rank.
