MD Degree, BC/BE in diagnostic radiology
License/certification:
Wisconsin Medical License eligible
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Board certified or board eligible in diagnostic radiology, 4 year residency training, fellowship
training or equivalent experience, CAQ certification or eligibility preferred.
Candidates for
appointment at associate or full professor rank on this track will meet established School-wide
criteria and review by the SMPH CHS track appointments and promotions
committee.
Principal duties:
The duties will be in the division of abdominal imaging. Clinical duties include ultrasound,
remote 3D ultrasound, ultrasound guided procedures, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), CT, and
computed tomography (CT) image guided procedures, virtual colonoscopy (VC), and
gastrointestinal/genitourinary (GI/GU) imaging areas of the body imaging section of the Department
of Radiology.
Teaching and clinical research are required. Department teaching assignments
include medical student, outreach and resident
teaching.
