Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Teaching experience is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with strong records in teaching and research in Chinese history with an emphasis on modern Chinese History (1644 to present).
Principal duties:
This tenure-track position requires teaching in Chinese history at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The candidate is expected to conduct and publish scholarly research and to perform University and community services as appropriate.
