Must have successfully completed a fully accredited Family Medicine residency program. Candidates for appointment as associate professor (CHS) or professor (CHS) will possess documentable academic qualifications for rank per established UW School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines.
Principal duties:
This program director position is responsible for the oversight of the residency education program, working in conjunction with the campus director and other clinical faculty to ensure a quality educational experience for 18 family medicine residents. This position will include instruction and supervision of residents and other learners in the Family Medicine residency and two community hospitals, participation in a full-spectrum family medicine practice, including obstetrics/maternity care, inpatient medicine, faculty and OB call, and scholarly activity.
Additional Information:
Prior teaching/leadership experience preferred.
