MD, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology or equivalent training and qualifications
License/certification:
Wisconsin Medical license, DEA Certificate, Credentialed with UWHealth managed care plans, staff privileges at UWHospital, Meriter Hospital, and VA (credentialling and privileges must be completed by start date)
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Successful completion of residency in General Dermatology. Candidates for clinical associate professor rank must meet criteria for appointment per established School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines.
Principal duties:
General dermatology care; 3-8 dermatology clinics per week, teaching and supervision of residents and medical students, weekly attendance at department grand rounds; participation in departmental governance and service, share in call schedule; development of a subspecialty niche for clinical service, research and teaching.
