Degree and area of specialization:
M.D., completion of U.S. pediatric residency and gastroenterology fellowship programs.
License/certification:
WI medical licensure, board certified in pediatrics and pediatric GI.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Minimum of 7-10 years of practice in pediatric GI, with particular interest in research and experience in a leadership role. Academic practice experience preferred. Candidates will possess academic credentials appropriate for the rank per established SMPH promotion and appointment policies and guidelines.
Principal duties:
50% time in clinical care of pediatric GI patients including teaching activities to medical
students, pediatric residents and fellows and other learners as appropriate.
30% time in
research
20% time in administration of the division of pediatric
GI
