eligible for Wisconsin and Illinois medical license
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Completed an accredited Hem/Onc fellowship program. Appointment at clinical associate professor
rank requires documentation of credentials for rank and review by School-wide Clinician-teacher
promotions and appointments committee.
Principal duties:
This position will have clinical responsibilities with Hematology and Oncology services at the UW
Hospital and Clinics as well as Freeport Health Network and other UW Health approved locations.
This position will also provide consult services at the Freeport location.
Opportunity for
clinical teaching responsibilities (medical students, residents or fellows). Participation in
section and department service activities as appropriate to a SMPH physician
appointment.
