Candidates will be board eligible/board certified in Medical Oncology; research interest in GI and/or GU oncology.
Principal duties:
This faculty position will have responsibilities that include research and teaching and clinical care (inpatient and outpatient)responsibilities. Administrative duties may also be added as appropriate to the interests of the incumbent. Teaching duties include clinical and classroom teaching of medical students, residents and fellows at UW Hospital and Clinics or other UW Health locations, and at the Veterans Administration Hospital, Madison. Research interests in Gastrointestinal and/or Genitourinary oncology. The successful candidate will be expected to pursue and secure independent funding and develop a robust research program. The successful candidate will also participate in professional, public and university service appropriate to the UW faculty rank.
