Appropriate post-doctoral training is required.

Principal duties:


The successful applicant will develop an active, extramurally funded research program in his/her area of systems neuroscience, and may collaborate with other faculty in the department. Responsibilities will include teaching in Departmental courses in undergraduate or medical physiology and participation in Ph.D. and post-doctoral training. In addition, the incumbent may take advantage of excellent opportunities that exist for participation in campus-wide interdisciplinary research and training programs. The recruit will participate in faculty service at the department, school and university levels appropriate to the faculty rank.

Additional Information:

We are committed to a strong focus in integrative physiology and especially encourage application from candidates who study any area of systems neuroscience, broadly construed to include topics such as cognition, perception, action, attention, executive function, and memory.
