Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Credentials for appointment on the CHS track. Experience in inflammatory bowel disease or cancers of the GI tract would be an advantage. Associate Professor (CHS) rank requires meeting criteria for rank as established in the UW SMPH Guidelines for Appointment or Promotion on the CHS Track.
Principal duties:
Provide inpatient and outpatient care in gastroenterology at UW Health approved locations; clinical and classroom Teaching responsibilities. Participation in call schedule. Clinical research endeavors, up to 20% effort.
