History
HR Transaction History
The Status History screen provides a view of the lifecycle of the current HR Transaction and the position vacancy (cert) created from that HR Transaction. The vacancy record is not created until division HR staff have approved the Transaction.
1. Status History
Event - The event that happened to place the HR Transaction into the listed status.
HR Transaction/Vacancy Status - The status that the HR Transaction has been in.
Status Date/Time - The Date and Time that the PD Package was placed into the listed status.
Status Set By (Name Or Logon ID) - The Name or Logon ID of the person who placed the HR Transaction into the listed status.
