Jennifer Binzak, Psychology, attend intensive training seminar that provides an intensive overview of fMRI research fundamental and hands-on experience.

Elizabeth Bruckbauer, University Health Services, obtain training by participating in a graduate colposcopic course that will increase clinical expertise.

John Carpenter, Network Engineering, take a Cisco Internetwork Troubleshooting class to develop skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting network outages.

Kelly Ebbeling, Nursing/Research, take course on Project Management that provides a solid basis for managing projects from beginning to end that will enhance skills and effectiveness.

Mohammad Mehdi Fayyaz, Botany, obtain training to incorporate new technological knowledge to benefit UW System in keeping current with the latest growth facilities and botanical garden operations.

Jancek Gan, Human Oncology, attend the European Federation of Immunological Societies in order to interact with European colleagues working on experimental treatment approaches for cancer patients.

Jane Peterson Ganz and Lygia Snow, Chemistry, attend 221st American Chemical Society National Meeting which will result in connecting with others in my field, learn from them, and bring the information back to our colleagues.

Lisa Haller, Steenbock Library, attend Microsoft Access course to develop advanced database development skills to be used to streamline digital library projects.

Michael Hare, Network Engineering, take course on Advanced Cisco Router Configuration that provides the theory and hands-on experience to configure Cisco router for scalable operation in large and/or growing multi-protocol internetworks

Kathleen Holt, Employee Assistance Office, obtain training offered by the National Training Laboratory to study and learn the practice of diagnosing organizations such as strategies and techniques for collecting and sorting data for giving clients useful feedback.

Charlene Krembs, Administrative Computing, obtain additional training in Novelll NetWare that will increase abilities to provide support and consulting services.

Margaret Nellis, University Health Services, attend AAC&U sessions and participate as a panelist to bridge the gap between student and academic affairs in order to promote health and learning.
