| Job Summary: | Primary responsibility is for the day-to-day operations management and staff supervision in the Post Award Services section of RSP. This includes: coordinating and overseeing the technical activities of 5 FTE staff, specifically in the review grants, contracts and other agreements, segregated account creation for sponsored awards and award modifications, and financial monitoring and reporting [based on an approximate volume of obligations, most recently reported at $463 million]; monitoring regulatory compliance; working to integrate pre- and post-award activities/processes; and assisting the RSP Management Team in planning, developing and implementing approaches, including "service-oriented" training and outreach, to accommodate changes in policies, procedures and practices affecting grants management operations. | |
