Madison Benefits Services (MBS) provides information and education on employee benefit packages to UW-Madison employees, departments, and divisions. In addition, MBS analyzes all benefit applications to determine eligibility and verifies that premiums are deducted appropriately. Individual benefit counseling and group sessions cover all benefit aspects for new hires, life events, career changes and retirement. Benefit workshops are provided for departments and divisions.

The Annual Benefits Enrollment period, October 5 - 30, 2015 is a yearly opportunity for eligible employees to make changes to select benefit plans. All changes become effective January 1, 2016.
